I downloaded the Professor Layton and the Unwound Future from the pirate bay (because the game isn’t release in the netherlands yet 
) but the game was running very slow. I use a EDGE DS Card for my backups firmware version 4.41. I downloaded the latest version from http://filetrip.net/c1530-EDGE-Series.html.
After I replace the version with 1.50 everything was running smooth
